We believe in using our names and American's as the tool needed to make positive changes in ourselves, as well as the company's. We look up to American Airlines and we want others to look up to us. Having gained our newly acquired skills from the Masters of Science in Marketing program, we are ready to tackle a big name company such as American Airlines to provide the best customer service experience. We must keep an eye on AA's expected future debt reduction, capacity expansion, and future margins. This is important since analysts believe that airline margins have peaked. We also need to keep an eye on the industry, since fundamentals impact a company's valuation multiple.
By improving global travel and the economic outlook, this would bring a positive change for AA.
How We Can Help
AA could expand more aggressively by partnering in lucrative markets such as the Asian, East Arab, and African markets.
Enhance the international flight experience. Major investors can help generate revenue for making international service better.
American Airlines is highly rated and an excellent carrier. It should take these opportunities of being the top airline and overcome the issues mentioned above to soar even higher. By taking advantage of these opportunities, AA will overcome the problems and retain customer loyalty, as well as bring in new customers.
AA can open a hub that represents a world-class international gateway to the Eastern market. Have it based out of Los Angeles like how Miami currently represents the Latin American segment.
We know that the UAE and European airlines have high quality amenities and services. We must create a relationship with these investors to ensure international travel change. We'd create a marketing campaign about how AA could be the first American airline that exposes these experiences to its customers.
